I am currently accepting new clients. I take Regence BlueCross BlueShield insurance. I see clients via telehealth, which means that you can have your session from the comfort of your own couch. I know that after a long shift or day of teaching, going into a therapists office can feel exhausting and that therapy via a video call can make self-care much more accessible. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), my goal is to help, encourage, and empower people to step outside of their comfort zone and take a risk to achieve a goal that they thought was impossible. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where people can explore, grow, and be able to achieve their goals. I help clients develop meaning in their life, make sense of the past, and prepare for the future. I work with adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I use a variety of interventions, including person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and existentialism. I am currently accepting new clients for Thursday afternoons and can see clients who live anywhere in Oregon. I take Regence BlueCross BlueShield insurance. If you would prefer to pay cash, I charge $200 for a 55 minute session. I can give you a superbill, if you would like to submit that to your insurance company.
